Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at order@sdsstore.my within 10 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

–          Contact no:
–          Product to return or exchange:
–          Reason for return or exchange (so that we can improve!):
–          Name
–          Address

5 days return

If we are sending a defective product, wrong size or colour we accept returns of packages within 5 days of the receiving of order. You have to bear the shipping cost back to us, and the new shopping cost if it is an exchange.

All we ask is that the product is…
–          not used at all, not even once
–          in the same condition you received it
–          in the original box and / or packaging
–          without printing or embroidery

However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this.

West Malaysia – Pos Laju
Within Sabah – We ship by Bus or Taxi (if you are not sure if got the delivery to your area please do contact us at 088-397197)
Sarawak – To Miri by Bus. Other than Miri will ship by Pos Laju.
Labuan – by Ferry

When stock is available – we process within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours.
When stock is not available – you shouldn’t be able to add to cart! and we will contact you on the shipment date.

You might need to purchase 3 Meter PU Vinyl (any color) or 2 kg of Rubber Ink in order to be a member.
